I started Sperm Retention pretty late in life, almost 42.

So most of the benefits I have found thus far are healing ones. Writing about that usually just serves to paint a picture of how bad my health was prior to starting SR, and how difficult that has been to overcome. Nobody wants to hear that, amirite?

But one new skill I have found some solace in is music.

I learned how to play rhythm guitar when I was a teenager. Keeping time came pretty natural to me. But when I tried to add vocals to the rhythm, it always sounded horrendous to me, utter cringe.

For almost the past year, I have been covering famous, but often underrated songs, which I believe have some of the most awesome messages lyrically. I’m finally starting to love my voice.

I am kind of an anomaly, because my voice is low, but I sing fast.

Hear ye now, my cover of Gods, by League of Legends, featuring New Jeans.

Just a one take wonder recorded with my IPhone, acoustic guitar and voice, on my 46th birthday.
