Hi everyone, seeing if anyone had experience with this. I have a whirlpool washer that had a 5 year parts and labor warranty. 10 year warranty parts only. The same issue had been happening for the whole time but it is sporadic. They have changed multiple parts and have been out for repair 6 times. The washer just got out of warranty and the issue started again. Whirlpool executive team sent out one repairman that didn’t do anything and then sent other another that finally figured out the ultimate issue. Whirlpool gave me two options. 1. Pay for labor for the repair and they pay for parts or 2. 50% a new machine but price would be based of whirlpool website. I don’t feel like either or is a correct fix for my issue. Has anyone encountered a similar situation?
