Hey, I'm planning a hiking trip in September with a couple of friends. Looking for around 5 days of hiking, approx100km give or take in distance. We will be flying into Toulouse but haven't booked a return flight so open to a point to point section or a loop as we can fly out of a different airport.

Fairly fit group with a mix of experience.

Ideally there would be somewhere around midway to rest for a day if needed and finishing in or close to a town so we can enjoy some beers food and rest.
