Has anyone else seen this guy around? He lives in a small red car. It has decals on the back window saying god is the only way to heaven. He seems like a nice guy that’s down on his luck. I’ve wanted to say hello and see if I can offer anything, but don’t know if he’s friendly or he may perceive that as rude. Just curious if anyone knows the guy I’m talking about or have encountered him before.
