Melisandre, after”Ygritte’s death”, says Ygritte’s line to him. And it is true. Jon is a Wildling, his father is a Wildling King, and Jon will become King of the Wildlings. The stories about Bael the Ward and King Mance Rayder are there to foreshadow who Jon really is!
