Are we ready for a new love interest? (Wonder Woman Vol 2 #197)

Are we ready for a new love interest? (Wonder Woman Vol 2 #197)

Ever since Tom King came and butchered my goat, I’ve been reading her New Earth stuff to remember what we lost and I realized, Steve is not present at all. This is because Pérez made Steve to be an “older uncle figure” I guess? And also we got other love interests like that detective (can’t remember his name, he was that uninteresting) and Trevor Barnes who in my opinion was the best love interest after Steve. After Tom King leaves I feel like we should put Steve on hold cuz we’ve had enough honestly so what do y’all think? Ready to explore a new love interest?

I feel like I’m being gaslit cuz why does this character with only like 6 appearances total have so many fans. Not even talking about people wanting more from her I’m talking about people who are begging for an ongoing for her and that makes no sense cuz she was made simply as a device for Lex Luthor and after that arc ended she disappeared, rightfully so. I don’t understand what fans mean by “she has so much potential” she does, it was explored so well in that arc. I feel like that’s enough.

Paradise Lost by Phil Jimenez

Paradise Lost is genuinely the worst arc in new earth. Also, Jimenez’s whole run has too much Superman and Batman. I know this is a shared universe but it’s too much. This is a Wonder Woman comic. Why is she in Gotham and Metropolis
