Once I start Photoshop on my laptop, it opens the home screen, and it freezes for around 5-10 minutes. It might react if I hover my cursor over the top menu or a button; however, it's like it unfreezes for a millisecond and then freezes again until it settles at some point and runs normally. I've searched online, and people had similar issues, and their solutions were various, but I can't seem to understand how to fix this. I downloaded a previous version of the app (26.11.5—the final v26 that's available for download through CC). I'm on Windows; I have 16 GB of RAM, around 70 GB on the scratch disk, a 4 GB GTX 1650, and a Ryzen 5 5500U. I would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks!
