I'm thinking of drinking buttermilk in place of milk till I get my weight and health under control.

I am a huge fan of drinking all types of milk. I was thinking about temporarily drinking buttermilk instead of regular milk to get to my goal weight and also get my high cholesterol and blood pressure under control. Does anyone know much about buttermilk, or have ideas for me? I don't really mind the flavor of buttermilk and there's not much I wouldn't do to get my health under control. Thanks!

I'd appreciate your opinion on my diet.

I normally do OMAD and 2MAD. Before my meal I have a couple tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil on an empty stomach. Next I'll have a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar diluted in water. After that I'll have a probiotic food, such as kefir, or sauerkraut. I try to eat my one meal (mostly healthy foods) in under an hour and eat a lot of protein, healthy fats and some fruit and vegetables. After the meal , I'll wait at least a half an hour and have coffee or tea.

I'm addicted to milk.

I never knew this community existed. I'm so glad I found it and it warms my heart to have found my tribe.

I love many different types of milk. Currently, in our fridge, I have whole milk, 2% and buttermilk. I usually I have kefir too but I need to buy more.

I've been doing a lot of dieting the last year and a half, so i've been trying not to drink as much , but I get incredible cravings for it. Milk is the only food that I crave specifically.

My favorite type of milk, currently, is whole milk.

Thanks for reading!

I've just recently started paying attention to carbs and trying to limit them some. Although they're high in carbs, I think beans and lentils have a lot of merit and I don't think I'll give them up. What specific foods do you suggest I avoid completely?
