Is the RC to AC process the same if my EAOS is coming up?
I’m already tracking going RC to AC takes a long time and depends on factors such as manning quotas or whether the CCC is competent. But I’m just entering the 6 month window for my EAOS and I’m curious if as a reservist I’d be eligible for a CWAY. If not, then do I just go to a local recruiting station as if I was going to ‘golden ticket’ back AD after separating from the reserves?
I understand this is a question I can ask a AD recruiter or an NC over at the NRC, but any pertinent information before I reach out to either of those would be appreciated.
