Community Care Help needed
I have been receiving Community Care to see my doctors at Cleveland Clinic Main campus.
I verify my insurance is Community Care's United HealthCare (V.A.'s contractor for health insurance), 1 week before the appointment.
I show up for the appointment, and I show them my paperwork from the V.A. with the VA authorization number, and these clowns keep billing me !!!
I spent hours on the phone, sending messages, and got the patient Advocate involved last time.
I need another avenue to get this right, as I will be using Cleveland Clinic forever for my S.C. disability.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
I live approximately 220 miles away from Cleveland Clinic.
