I just wanted to post a quick update about my Premier Inn survey. I recently received feedback from my tutor, and she said I had to change a few questions to meet the required standards. Because of that, the original version of the survey can’t be used anymore.

If you filled in the previous version, I’m really sorry for the inconvenience — and thank you so much for taking the time. If you’re able to complete the updated version, it would help me greatly, but it’s optional. No pressure at all. Also, if you wouldn't mind, share the link with other willing participants. I just need 23 more responses.

Hi everyone,

I’m a postgraduate student currently working on a research project about customer experiences at Premier Inn. I’m looking at service quality, digital engagement, accessibility, and overall satisfaction, and I need participants who have ever stayed at a Premier Inn (even if it wasn’t recent).

The survey takes around 7–10 minutes, is completely anonymous, and is for academic purposes only. If you’ve stayed at Premier Inn at any point, your input would really help strengthen my research.
