Can someone tell if these are legit or not? BNIB, one has a lot number I've nver seen before(different from usual location and no number), and one with circles on seal points(I read that this is a sign of resealing). Bought off FB marketplace. Please and thank you.

Can someone please verify if this is legit or not. I've never seen an Initio Batch code in that location. Not to mention starts with 5 and not have a letter at the end. And is the other one resealed? I've heard rumors that if the seals have circles, then that means that the bottle is resealed. Please and thank you.
