Legit or fake? Barcode on the box says legit but when I unsealed the box the fragrance was displaced out of its pocket a bit.

Yes I bought it from a 'discounter', no none of the reputable ones obviously. But it does seem to pass some of the legit tests, like the 4 numbers on the back survived scratching from a knife and the cap used to work like how it's supposed to is now messed up and the sprayer is leaking which i've heard does happen to legit bottles of bdc? It actually smells really good but does NOT perform. I'm 99.9% sure it's fake but not an expert.
