Am I cooked?

Am I cooked?

Thought I was getting a good deal from Walmart. Checked the seller information and reviews after purchasing 3 of them. Found this sub shortly after. Was considering requesting a refund and possibly disputing the charges. What are my options? Am I screwed?

Edit: To some of those who responded with memes, I ain’t even mad some were mad funny. Other ones kinda sucked… you know who you are.

I appreciate the helpful responses. To anyone who finds this post and finds themselves in the same situation, don’t stress, there is hope.

Here is what I have learned:
- since the package has not been delivered, I have the option to refuse the delivery if I catch the delivery driver on time.
- If left at my door I can take it to the local USPS office UNOPENED, and inform them I am refusing the delivery and to return it to the sender.
- Grab return tracking as proof that the items are heading back.

- Contact the seller asap and inform them that you will be refusing the shipment and returning the package and inform them that you will be requesting a refund.

- Sellers have a 48 hour window to respond after requesting a refund and informing them that you will be refusing / returning the package.

- If seller does not respond within 48 hours you can contact Walmart support 1-800-925-6278 and inform the rep that the market seller has reviews reporting counterfeit products and / or that you have refused the package and seller is refusing to refund.

- Walmart should step in and review message history between you and seller and resolve under the ‘Walmart Marketplace Promise’ policy.

As last resort, the cc company can be contacted to dispute the charges due to counterfeit / fraud because seller listed items as genuine / new.
