Hey guys I’m 24M, just moved to Hampden near Roland park. Wanted to see if anyone wants to grab a few drinks and hang.

Hey people hope all is well. Please give me some advice, So I got a job and will be moving. I’m 24M, I just found a beautiful house in hampden/Roland park and will be renting a room out, The rent is gonna be 1500. (Utilities and maid service included) This is my first time moving out so I’m a little nervous. I will be bringing home about 4200 a month. I have a car as well. Do you have any tips for me and do you think I’ll be able to survive on that?

5 years restaurant management experience, have been at home for the past month. Don’t know what to do
