would be grateful for any advice to resolve a problem. On my  HP2700e, the power and WiFi lights are on. The Ink light and info lights stay solid yellow. The panel shows there is Wi-Fi, and  ink in the cartridges. Nothing will change this situation. So far I have tried the following:

Powered off the button, waited 10 mins, powered back on. No change.

Powered on, removed cable from back and from wall socket, held power button down, waited. Reconnected. No change.

Held down X and power button. No change.

Tried factory reset with X and wireless. Tried it with carriage open. Still no change.

Pressed the Info button. Paper fed through but just basic info on it, nothing useful. Light stays on.

Opened cartridge bay, removed cartridges, cleaned contacts in carriage and on cartridge. No change.

Checked cartridges are correct ones.

Changed the cartridges for new ones.

in short, I have tried following every relevant YouTube video, but nothing kills the yellow lights. Only for the fact that I have a LOT of free months left on my ink subscription I would give up and bin the whole thing. I would be indebted if anyone can tell me how to get the ink light off and the printer working again.
