Hello,

For the last 2 months I’ve been dealing with an issue with my RX 9060 XT 16GB. At first it happened less often, but now it occurs on a daily basis, several times a day. Specifically, when the problem first started, it seemed like the GPU was crashing: one monitor would go black and the other would turn green as the image ( https://prnt.sc/0w2xAeusPHui ) If Ι had a video or music playing in the background, the audio would continue normally. The only way to recover was to restart the PC by my self.

At first I didn’t pay much attention to it, but now over the last few weeks it has been happening many times throughout the day. Now, when I’m watching a video on YouTube or just moving a tab, this also happens like in the video I uploaded, like artifacts .

I’ve also noticed that the crashes usually happen while the system is idle, not under heavy load. It crashes quite often even when I simply move the mouse cursor from one monitor to the other. In gaming, it only happens if I Alt+Tab and do something on the second monitor. So I believe it is related somehow to the dual monitor setup.

I’ve tried everything: many different GPU drivers after uninstalling the old ones with DDU, different HDMI and DisplayPort cables, BIOS update, and a clean installation of Windows, but nothing helped.

For the last 48 hours I’ve installed my old RX 480 instead, and I haven’t experienced the same issue.

I don’t know if it is related, but these problems started almost at the same time as an issue with the RGB LED strip on the card, where part of it no longer lights up (I had also made a post about that https://www.reddit.com/r/AMDHelp/comments/1rkjpn1/sapphire_rx9060xt_rgb_strip_wont_work_correctly/ ).

Has anyone had a similar issue? Is the graphics card for RMA?
