Looking for Buyout Loan / Debt Consolidation
I’m looking for buyout loan / debt consolidation, ideally to combine my existing liabilities into 1 monthly payment, reduce my EMI and DBR, and provide some additional cash.

* Company: Non-listed
* Salary Bank: DIB
* Amount Required: AED 150,000
* Current DBR: High
* AECB Score: 683
* DIB Personal Loan EMI: AED 2,520 (15 months paid)
* DIB Credit Card EMI: AED 1,438 (AED 32k limit)
* Mashreq Credit Card EMI: AED 930 (AED 16k limit)
* Total Current EMI: AED 4,888
* Payment History: No missed payments
House rent and food expenses are covered through additional income, so these are not paid from my monthly salary.
I have already approached ENBD, but they advised that my company is not listed. I also understand that some banks require a minimum salary of AED 10,000.
