CMOS circuit design layout and simulation by r. Jacob Baker or CMOS Analog IC Design Razavi ?

Hi guys . I have decided to buy a book in Analog IC design and i am confused about which to pick .

I have read some chapters from CMOS Analog IC Design by Razavi and it's very good as it gives more qualitative and intuitive understanding ,but I haven't read from Jacob Baker book and I heard that is more practical book which I think it will be good for me .

Any suggestions ?

Does Age or year of graduation affect someone's entry career into Analog Design job ?

I have graduated from a while , and I am getting old in age . Will that affect If I am trying to get into the Analog industry as a freshman ?

or it doesn't depend on the age and year of graduation and just depend on your skills and information ?
