My husband thinks this is funny…

He laughed and said, “69 with an 8 inch Dong!” I blame this on being a part of this group, it’s my karma for laughing at y’all’s plates. No, we did NOT order this. Just received it in the mail today for our new car. Big Sigh 😂

The frustration with Dodge Charger Daytona

So, last month we bought a ‘25 Daytona that was used as a loaner. It was super clean and had less than 200 miles on it. We literally drove the car home (50 min. drive), parked in the driveway and went about our business. The next morning, it’s dead. We call the dealership we purchased from, pay $140 to tow it back to them. They’ve had it for 24 days. The 12 volt battery keeps dying. They (Mt. Pleasant CDJ) told us it would be ready Sat, then called to say their one EV tech for the whole dealership called out and it wouldn’t be ready. Then called us yesterday (Tuesday) to tell us it was finally ready. I bum a ride to the dealer today, they tell me they can’t find the keys, I wait longer and walk back in… the car suddenly won’t start. So my car wasn’t fixed after all. I’m so sick of this. Is there a fix for whatever is draining the battery? Is anyone in the same boat? I’m so pissed. I have driven the car ONCE!

Update: We called Hoover Dodge and asked them to run the vin #. They told my husband that there are possibly 12 updates that can be done that are not showing for our car. 12! Oh, but “We’ve done all the updates.” 🤨 I’m so sick of being lied to. So our plan is to jump the 12 volt and drive it to Hoover to let them actually DO THE UPDATES! *Fingers crossed*
