I’ll try to keep this as short as possible my dog got out, attacked another dog. The owner of that dog stuck their knee in between the two dogs and was a bit did not break skin and they went to the ER. They told me I had to put the dog down tonight, we’re not gonna call the cops, but you gotta take care of this, did not put the dog down and the cops were called and the cop said that’s not how this works. So long story short, we still have the dog, she’s not people aggressive. She just doesn’t like certain dogs again, working on that. They asked for my homeowners insurance. I told them I already made a claim which I did and today I received a letter in the mail from a law firm. Because she has minimal injuries, what does this outcome look like?
