Picked up an 86 720 last night. Everything works perfect outside of an exhaust leak. I’m brand new to mini trucks and really to working on cars in general. I can’t seem to find anything when looking online for exhaust. This thing is far from powerful but I want it to have some sort of sound while also fixing the leak. Any suggestions?

Hi all, I am looking at a 98 Acty truck this coming Friday. Outside of looking like a child painted it, it seems to be in good condition and per the owner "everything works". Have been wanting one for years and have paid off enough of our debt to make it within reach. The person selling this states that he only has a bill of sale. I've never boughten a vehicle outside of a dealership, let alone a Kei truck. Google has given me a million different answers but am I able to make this street legal and tagged\registered? My best friend is a police officer who said he can sign off on the inspection. Outside of that, I have no idea what I'm doing lol. As stated, I live in Ohio and the truck is located in Ohio as well, if that matters.
