I built a simple Android property lease management app for everyday landlords and here is what it can do...

Hi all 👋

I’m a software developer and a landlord myself, and over the past few years I’ve been building an Android app called Property Lease Manager.

The idea behind it is simple: help landlords keep track of their rental properties, tenants, leases, payments, income, expenses, and general lease activity without needing a complicated enterprise-level system.

I know there are already bigger and more professional property management platforms out there, but I wanted to create something more approachable for everyday landlords, especially those managing a small number of properties and wanting something clean, practical, and easy to use.

The app has been on the Play Store for a few years now and has generally been received well. That said, I also know it has not been perfect for everyone, and I’m always looking for ways to improve it based on real landlord and property manager feedback.

In a nutshell, the main benefits are:

  1. Simple lease tracking Keep lease details, start dates, end dates, rent amounts, and tenant information organized in one place.
  2. Tenant and property management Store tenant details and link them clearly to the correct property and lease, so everything stays easy to follow.
  3. Payment tracking Track due, paid, pending, and overdue rent payments without relying on messy notes or spreadsheets.
  4. Income and expense overview Record property-related income and expenses to get a clearer picture of how each rental is performing.
  5. Built for ordinary landlords Designed to be straightforward and practical rather than overloaded with features most small landlords may never use.

I’d really appreciate honest feedback from people who manage rentals, whether you are a landlord, property manager, or someone who has used similar tools before.

I’m especially interested in knowing what features you consider essential in property management software, and what usually frustrates you about the apps currently available.

[Android] Housemindr: Home maintenance tracker [$29.99 → 50% OFF Annual Plan]

Hi all!

I'm the solo developer behind Housemindr, an Android app I built to make home maintenance less easy to ignore.

Most people don't forget home maintenance because they're careless. They forget because life is already full of bills, work, errands, mystery noises from appliances, and that one filter you were definitely going to replace “next weekend.”

Housemindr is meant to help with that.

Instead of waiting until something breaks, the app helps you keep track of the small recurring jobs that keep a home in good shape:

🏠 Add your home, rooms, and areas
🔧 Create maintenance tasks for appliances, filters, plumbing, cleaning, outdoor areas, inspections, and seasonal jobs
📅 Set reminders for repeat tasks
✅ Mark tasks as completed when they’re done
📊 Track your maintenance progress and completion rate
🚨 See overdue tasks before they quietly become expensive problems
🧰 Start from suggested maintenance tasks instead of building everything from scratch

I wanted Housemindr to feel more practical than a generic to-do list. Home maintenance usually depends on where something is, how often it needs attention, and when it was last done. So the app is designed around rooms, tasks, reminders, and completion history.

A few things that make maintenance tasks much better:

🏡 Room-based organization
Tasks can be grouped around the actual areas of your home, which makes it easier to see what needs attention and where.

📆 Recurring maintenance reminders
Useful for the boring but important stuff: HVAC filters, smoke detectors, appliance checks, drains, garden work, and all the other glamorous rituals of responsible adulthood.

📈 Progress tracking
Housemindr gives you a clearer picture of how well you’re keeping up, so maintenance feels less like random chores and more like something you can actually stay on top of.

🎁 Giveaway / early claimer offer

For early claimers, I’m offering 50% off the Annual Plan.

The Annual Plan is normally $29.99/year, and this offer brings it down by 50%.

To claim the offer:
Download Housemindr from Google Play and open the Annual Plan offer inside the app. Hurry up and grab yours before it's too late!

I’d really appreciate honest feedback from anyone who tries it, especially around the reminders, task suggestions, room setup, UI, completion tracking, bugs, or anything that would make the app more useful for real home maintenance. Also please upvote for a wider reach and for others to benefit 🤗

Thanks for checking it out, and may your future self never discover an overdue maintenance task through water damage 🏠🔧

[Android App] I love traveling so I made a Travel app to help me with my travel planning...

Come summer or winter I always plan a trip to go with my family and friends. I always end up doing tons of research and planning. That's why I built TravelAce...

But you might ask - "Yeah, there's AI for that which can generate trips in seconds for you..." - Right, but this app can also generate trips which are more structured, interactable and you may organize your trips that you create.

In a nutshell the list below summarizes what the app can do for you and for your travel planning:

  1. AI Itinerary Planner Create personalized daily travel plans in seconds.
  2. Budget & Expense Tracker Track trip spending and stay in control of your budget.
  3. Discover Nearby Find attractions, restaurants, cafés, tours, and hidden gems around you.
  4. Travel Organizer Keep flights, hotels, rentals, and transport details in one place.
  5. Travel Journal Save memories, notes, and photos from your trips.
  6. Travel Community Share updates, get advice, and connect with fellow travelers.
  7. AI Transport Help Get smart guidance for public transport, walking routes, and city navigation.
  8. Packing Lists & Wishlist Prepare for trips and save future dream destinations.
  9. Currency Converter Convert prices instantly while travelling abroad.
  10. AI Place Insights Get visit duration, ticket, pricing, and planning tips for attractions.

Feel free to try the app and all feedback is welcome. Would appreciate if you leave an app review - will return the favor of course. 🤗

I'm getting some downloads, but...

https://preview.redd.it/s51gvtxkbt7h1.png?width=1546&format=png&auto=webp&s=2e1d1f36f502f4d3d819d07652d8b8a3a8294c16

So Im getting some downloads and honestly they are almost all Ads-driven as Im afraid I won't be getting enough organic downloads whatever I do (including ASO). However Im concerned with getting downloads from lower-tiered regions/countries.

Will this affect the future of my app? Should I change marketing strategy and how? Any advice would be much appreciated. 🤗

Never thought maintenance tasks could be managed more efficiently using an app. This is why I built Housemindr...

I am a home owner myself who have moved in my home with my wife a couple of years ago. All well and good, brand new home and everything. Until maintenance of several appliances, and other expensive equipment started knocking on the door.

Maintenance is subject to procrastination. Speaking from experience, this almost always led to more expensive costs just because I failed to tend to these maintenance needs earlier.

Housemindr really comes in handy to enlist the maintenance tasks needed to be done throughout the year - from HVAC filters, RO filters, smoke detector tests, dryer vents cleaning and so much more...

To cut a long story short, I spent a couple of months building this app and have recently launched it. Feel free to try out and would love some honest, genuine feedback 🤗

I found myself procrastinating over house maintenance tasks - so i built Housemindr

So many petty maintenance stuff kept on piling up over time once I moved in to my house and never really cared about getting them fixed - yeah, until they got bigger and more expensive.

That's where my idea came in from... I decided to create Housemindr.app and built in a way I could organize my maintenance tasks with due dates. It seemed to work and my procrastination sickness was finally getting over.

You should give it a try if you experience the same 😁
