The room is private and unfurnished. It has its own closet and AC. There is laundry in the building, and the apartment is close to the 7 train and LIRR.
ABOUT THE APARTMENT
The apartment is queer friendly, 4/20 friendly, and smoking friendly. We keep things pretty chill during the week, but we sometimes have friends over on weekends.
You are welcome to have people over too. We just ask that you give everyone a heads up first. The room is only for one person, so no couples, but your partner can stay over sometimes. We already have three cats, so you need to be comfortable around them. We cannot have any more cats or dogs, but a small pet like a hamster or fish may be okay.
ABOUT US
You would be living with me and Chris. I am 21, go to school, and work as a dental assistant. Chris is 20, goes to school, works in the food industry, and sleeps in the living room. We like having game nights, watching movies, drinking, hanging out, and catching a vibe. We would love someone who is open to becoming friends, but we also respect personal space.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for one person who is at least 18, responsible, respectful, and cleans up after themselves. Everyone helps clean certain parts of the apartment on assigned days. This will be for a fixed period, and 30 days notice is required before moving out.
