I'm so tired of customers acting like we are the bad guys for not breaking policy for them.
"But the other starbucks does it." I'm glad they are willing to put their job on the line for you. I'm not willing to just because someone made you a trenta frappe the one time. Or they sold you sealed sandwiches. Or whatever else we aren't supposed to but the other store didn't care.
Literally had to deal with a woman who held up my line at the register while she called corporate on me. And now my CL wants to talk to me about Green Apron Service for following standards? Like WTF?
