Working out improves chess?

Is it just me? I feel like my chess game has significantly improved since I started working out. I haven't really changed anything else and I'm experiencing a pretty drastic increase. Maybe Im just hitting a statistically probably streak of good luck, but its been like a week now of decently good luck in my match ups. Its definitely bizzare.

Finally got to 1600!

Ive gotten so freaking close several times its been a tease haha. Tbh, I shouldn't have gotten the last win either, but my opponent weirdly/luckily resigned for some reason. But it doesn't matter to me, it still feels great to finally have crossed the 1600 line after getting so close so many times!!!

Is this sus?

I'm not accusing anyone, nor am I putting anyone on blast. I'm genuinely curious if this game is sus or not. Could someone who knows what to look for review it and let me know what you think? https://lichess.org/Lc6dKCOo/black

Edit: it always weirds me out when people quit from obviously winning positions.

Weird symbol next to name?

Recently this symbol has appeared next to my name on chesscom next to the flag that denotes your country. What does it mean?

[[Terrasymbiosis]] + [[Mothman]] + a single mill effect putting 4 nonland cards in the graveyard + 4 bears

Do you get to draw 1 card or 4 cards?
