PF withdrawal rejected twice – employer contribution not updated even after 1 year of leaving. Urgent, please help.

Hey everyone, really stressed about this and need some advice.
I left my previous company in January 2025 and have been unemployed since. I applied for full PF withdrawal (Form 13 transfer out) twice and both times it got rejected. The reject reasons are:
1. First rejection: “eps contribution not paid, service details not updated by employer” and “father’s name differs”
2. Second rejection: “eps contrib not deducted but eps clg and doe updated, pls submit online pf to remove the same”
It’s been over a year since I left and my ex-employer hasn’t updated/deposited the employer contribution on the EPFO portal. I haven’t joined any other company.

What should my next step be?

Planning to withdraw EPF in June – will I lose the FY 2025-26 interest that hasn’t been credited yet?

Hey everyone, hoping someone with experience can help clarify this.
So EPFO declared 8.25% interest for FY 2025-26, and based on past trends it’ll likely be credited around July 2026. I’m planning to do a full withdrawal in June before that happens.
My questions:
1. Will the pending FY 2025-26 interest (April 2025 to March 2026) still be included in my final settlement payout, even though it hasn’t been credited yet?
2. Will I also get interest for the partial months of FY 2026-27 (April, May, June) before my withdrawal?
3. The Form has an “amount” field – what do I fill there? Do I need to calculate the total myself or does EPFO figure it out?
I’ve read that EPFO calculates interest on a monthly running balance basis and it gets factored into the final settlement, but I couldn’t find a solid official source confirming this. Has anyone actually gone through this and seen the pending interest reflect in their payout?
Thanks!
