question about cycling ipa/cjc

Hi there,

Experienced peptide user but was new to ipa/cjc before now. Realizing I stayed on it longer than I should have BUT I also took it at a much lower dose and less days per week than directed. Example, I have been cycling this for 6 months I realized (oops!) but at a dosage of 75 mcg to 100 mcg, the last month I may have gone up to 150 mcg and I've been taking this 2-3 times a week max. I have a 10/10 vial that is still maybe ⅛ full for context.

I'm 45 so....I didn't really want to eff with this class of peptides until I "needed to" (no judgement) - it's a great peptide but I do really want to be able to use this one long term (meaning properly cycling starting and stopping) without burning out receptors. I should stop right? Did anyone else do this long of a cycle and what happened? I'm very thin and was to start, I haven't really put on muscle at this dosage nor was I trying super hard to do that but I experienced improvements in sleep and skin, (my skin was really dry), and improvements in energy maybe, hormones and with autoimmune issues. How long should I stop for to optimize pituitary function? Thanks

I personally like cortagen, pinealon, epitalon, and p21. I rediscovered piracetam I forgot about. I must have has that stuff for like 10 years. Cortexin is pretty good but I don't like cerebrolysin. P 22-28 seemed good too. Has anyone tried dihexa? Is it worth it? Anything else I'm missing?
