Hello all,
I recently finished my panel interview with Tesla Autopilot team. It’s been almost 3 business days since the panel interview and I haven’t received any updates from the recruiter. The recruiter has been proactive in communicating everything till the panel interview stage. They used to give feedback within a day or two after my screening rounds and even sent a good luck email on the morning of the panel interview. But suddenly stopped sharing any updates after the panel round. Should I consider this as a reject? I assumed my interviews went well (except 1 round which was probably average).
