All sets are provided from officers at T4, T5, and T6 we then use runes and relics from the gold chests to upgrade them to .1 , .2 , .3 from that.

Each player is then given a chest in the HO guild hall that we refill after content daily. As you play more youll be given more sets as trust is earned.
