Question to those who takeRP seriously in FL

If you were to get to get to PoSI and choose to commit your character to a relationship before finishing all the making name stories, how would you deal with the obligatory dating in the empress' court in a name signed with flourish? (Presuming that your character is monogamous and loyal)

(This actually happened to me since I didn't really like doing the court stuff but I don't care too much about the RP part so I just finished it anyways)

Would you do it anyways? Would you divorce your partner first (and potentially remarry later)? Or would you just skip out on the entire "getting thrown out of court" locking yourself away from port carnelian, evolution, piracy, and much of the sea (and probably more content I haven't gotten to)?

(Presuming that

As someone who chose to hand over the hybrid to fires, this feels like a personal jab

Haven't seen this mentioned yet (Ch5)

Upvote so this spreads. It was really out of the beaten path, found only by backtracking through the left route of the castle, just before the blue and yellow door

My current ranking of the master (see description)

(NOTE: I have only played through Light Fingers and am currently doing a Nemesis playthrough, so my opionions might change in the future. I also have not played Sunless Sea nor any exceptional stories, but I have browsed the wiki for a bit to learn some of the lore)

S tier:

No S-tier. Curators are varying tiers of bastards and none deserve this spot.

A tier:

Apples/Hearts: Positives: Generally one of the chiller masters. Enjoys trying to break the great chain (good shit), hosts the Marvelous and actually cares about it. Has favoured londoners which it chills with. Negatives: Doesn't get what friendship is and is confounded by it.

Fires: Positives: One of (if not the) only masters that actually cares about london. When everyone else is trying to make the city fall A.S.A.P. that is pretty important. Is against the other masters, which is also nice. Pretty chill to work with when it considers you "on it's level", and doesn't see humans as lesser beings than curators (though it doesn't exactly likes us either. It's just kinda obsessed with industry). Negatives: Pushes the workers of London to the extremes (nearly slavehood) and isn't afraid to use neddy men to get what it wants.

B tier:

Pages: Positives: Enjoys collecting cool books. Nothing wrong with that. Pretty chill towards humans. Negatives: Can be RUTHLESS in it's pursuit of books. Wishes to fast-forwards the destruction of London to get to the sky.

C tier:

Eaten: GO NORTH GO NORTH GO NORTH (Nah I haven't played through this storylines so IDK but I considered that him being eaten was pretty sad for him. (Though maybe he was eaten for a reason? Maybe he was bad?))

Mirrors: More or less the same as Eaten in that I don't know much about him. He seemed like a pretty chill guy back when he was still alive though, and I do like the parabola.

D tier:

Irons: Positives: Dislikes the bazaar. Negatives: More or less an ass, dislikes humor, dislikes people making a name for themselves. Part in the plot that lead to the Watchmaker's daughter dying.

Cups: Positives: Polite. Hoarder (just like me fr). Negatives: Enjoys being part of the great chain. Ruthless and really bad person. Killed my daughter (I'm pretty sure, am still playing through that part of Nemesis). Part in the plot that lead to the Watchmaker's daughter dying.

F tier:

Veils: Positives: Pretty damn cool mount. Negatives: Just a bloodthirsty damn monster that flies around killing people.

Stones: Positives: Dripped out (IDK I'm grasping for straws here). Negatives: Ill tempered, hates humans and curators alike, dislikes the neath, enjoys the great chain, generally an asshole, had a plan to have hell invade and raze London.

Wines: Positives: Nothing. Negatives: Depressed, sells harmful substances as "absinthe", helps Veils in killing, part in the plot that lead to the Watchmaker's daughter dying, sex-trader, cheque-skipper. Wishes to fast-forwards the destruction of London to get to the sky.

Spices: Positives: Nothing. Negatives: Wishes to fast-forwards the destruction of London to get to the sky. Polythreme and Jack-of-Smiles was its plan.

Note that I haven't ranked them in-tier.
