I had some caseys cash on my app to use, and was given the option to use by scanning the QR code. Now, I'm not entirely sure how the process works, I'd only assume you take it up to the register and they're supposed to scan it on there end.. However the worker must not have been trained properly, or there system just was not working period.. It was 10pm and they even decided to call the manager, that didn't work.. I just want some clarification that this is how it's supposed to work and maybe the system is just awful.. or people aren't trained properly..
