Looking for a furnished room/studio in Cottbus – Winter Semester 2026/27
Hi everyone!
I’m a male international student from Oman 🇴🇲 and will be starting my Master’s at BTU Cottbus-Senftenberg in the Winter Semester 2026/2027. I’m currently looking for accommodation in Cottbus.
What I’m looking for:
- 🏠 Type: Studio apartment or room in a shared flat (WG)
- 💶 Budget: €200–€500/month
- 📍 Location: Cottbus, preferably with good access to BTU
- 🛋️ Furnished: Required
- 📶 Wi-Fi: Required
- ✅ Anmeldung: Must be possible
I’m responsible, organized, and respectful of the place and people I live with. I’ve lived in Germany before, so I’m already familiar with living and renting there.
I can provide proof of my ability to pay, BTU admission documents, and other necessary documentation. I can also provide a reference from my previous landlord in Germany if needed.
Anmeldung is essential for me, so I’m only considering accommodation where city registration is possible.
