Can someone tell me why my parental settings are continuing to persist even after switching off?

I switched them on when the kids were young so a pin was needed for anything 12 or over. They are now grown up so ive switched the 'Family setting' and 'Pre watershed playback pin' off in the Family management settings and set the ratings restriction to 'None'. I've left the 'Hide adult content' switched on. However, my box continues to ask for a pin for anything rated 12 or over at all times.

What is going on and how can i stop it.

As per the title. How many panels can be put on a string? Is there a limit?

Reason:

My house has an Apex. I have 5 panels facing south on one side of the apex and 3 on the other side. On the rear of the house i have 12 panels facing north. On my proposal the installer has Group 1 (5 panels), Group 2 (3 panels) Group 3 (12 panels). In reality they have the front 8 panels as Group 1 and have split the rear 12 into Groups 2 and 3.

It shouldn't matter however in the morning the apex shades the 5 panels slightly and late afternoon the other 3 panels. As they are 1 group, this slight shading would drag them all down wouldn't it as i have no optimisers fitted? So it would make sense to have those split into 2 groups as oer the proposal. The rear panels get no shading so i dont know why they been split and makes sense to have them all on one string as a single group.

I was considering regrouping to follow the proposal but didnt know if there was a limit per string. All panels are 500w so the rear panels array is 6kw but in reality they wont even generate half of this due to facing north.

Edit: Fox KH7 7kw inverter. System spec say it can handle 600v max, 16A per string. X3 MPPTs. 75v startup voltage)
