Anyone have any clue what this is and how to treat it?
It’s only on one of my outdoor plants but it looks like resin spots or something. If it’s bugs or a nutrient problem can someone comment a suggestion.

I hear he went upstate to a farm with tippy.
I have chronic pain in my knee that I can manage all day at work, I have been working in the trades for years now. Anyway I wanted to join the union and was discriminated against for my after work usage of weed for chronic pain and decided to head towards nursing school and it’s looking like the same thing. I don’t drink, I don’t smoke at work, I don’t understand what the problem is. I’m in a legal state and the ONLY thing I am allowed to take on those jobs is prescription pain killers or abuse alcohol at home. I just want to be able to make a decent living doing something I enjoy but because I have a medical issue that requires me to take a gummy before bed I am seen not fit to do anything. Mind you I have friends in both the electrical union and medical union that are blatant alcoholics and drink on the job and lie on drug tests and they get praise from there bosses and promotions but no one wants to hire me because I am not willing to lie on a drug test. I don’t get this, how is this fair or legal? When I took the pain pills the side effects were awful and they would end up killing me if I kept using them the rest of my life and this condition won’t go away. I’m at a loss here, it feels like my choices are be in pain and work or take oxy for the rest of my life and become a pill addict (but it is totally fine to them because it’s not a schedule 1 substance federally so there is definitely no way that can ruin your life). I’m currently back in school not sure where to go as far as career paths. (Edit) apparently I can be a cop and carry a gun in my state and city while smoking weed off the clock but god forbid I pick up a screw driver at work

I planted these girls back in mid February outside and they have lived out there entire lives through some crazy central Cali weather. I talked to a friend and they said that I fucked up putting them outside (I have like 4 other small ones that are not showing pistols yet) because they will all try to flower now and once the light cycle changes for summer I should expect them to all die. Idk what’s going on this is my first grow and could definitely use some advice. I did buy them an outdoor grow light I. Hopes to give the the extra hours they need now but I would love if someone could explain what’s going on.
