Star wars Legends Sith honour guard (also called the Dark Honor Guard or Imperial Guard) vs wh40k Incubi both at their peak and how ever you see fit
Round two is only based upon their narrative statements and their feats with the sith honour guards have full arsenal while the incubi have only melee weapons only
