Hey guitarlessons! First time poster here.
In month 5 of my guitar journey. Been playing standing up more and it feels like it’s really exposing the weaknesses in my barre chord technique as it creates an aggressive wrist angle. I can only play for like a minute before I get wrist and hand fatigue and if I practice for 20-30 minutes my wrist has a minor ache afterwards. I see in the video how perpendicular my wrist is to my forearm to get across the fretboard for the barre, I’m almost certain this isn’t the right technique.
Any suggestions or solutions anyone can share? Thanks in advance
