Targeting/release tips?

I throw about 20km/hr and have about 280-300 revs, my problem this week has been trying to transition away from throwing a straight line and instead trying to belly my shots for less miss room. The only issue is I feel like I don’t grab the friction soon enough, which could possibly be due to my revs and speed being so wildly different.

I was wondering if anyone had a good starting line for bellying shots, and what you do to ensure you aren’t pushing your shots at the end of the release. I find that I tend to push my shots hard and that results in good hook but too much speed and I haven’t found a solution that doesn’t involve dropping my balls grit to 500 before each series.

Places to get Tret online in Canada?

Title. $140 for a bottle of tretinoin through Felix is way too much for me at the moment, and was wondering if there were any cheaper alternatives online that ship to canada.

Excited about getting better after playing for 3 months, it’s always fun to just go and figure things out to improve. I only average about 180 but every week it seems I improve at something or find a better target for how I play. The community at my centre is also really nice, very welcoming and helpful towards getting better.
