I’m trying to do a journeyman save where I change country every year. I did my first year in wales bottom devision where I’ve bought a mid table team to win the league. I’m now trying to find a new team but absolutely no one outside wales wants me (or at least leagues I have loaded). I’ve realised that Welsh second devision is an incredibly low league and now even teams from national league south and west won’t sign me which I feels unrealistic as I’ve won the league with a team not to far behind.
Is there any way to boost my reputation so teams want me. Thought I’d be going German 3rd devision or like league 2 but I’m stuck in wales. If I manage to win the Welsh league will that maybe put my name on the map a bit?

I’m trying to do a glory hunter save but I’m having some issues with my managers initial reputation, I’m starting at Fiorentina and want it to be realistic but when I gave my manager a high reputation half way through my first season Real Madrid hired me when they were first and I’d done nothing special with Fiorentina.
i’m restarting now and was wondering if I put my reputation as low as it can be will it automatically adjust to Fiorentina level when I’ve been there for a year or so and maybe won a trophy or does it just slowly rise after several years meaning I’ll be stuck at the job?
