K20/k24 build fbo tuned (clean title)

I've seriosly lost interest in the performance side of cars. I truly love the look and idea of a daily clean type s but this one is far from it. Its got like 220,000 chasis miles. Its loud, and annoying to daily the way it is....BUT im currently in nursing school and have no money to revert things back to daily type build. just wondering if its worth holding onto and just going crazy after nursing school on it or to just sell now and buy something else and buy a clean example later when im more financially free.
