mythicgamesupply.com and raretoyshop.com are scams right?

I've been looking to make a bulk purchase and found these websites with insane discounts like 60%+ off everything. I tried purchasing from them and kept getting errors from PayPal etc. I wasn't comfortable not going through PayPal as It seems too good to be true and I just want to confirm those suspicions.

Scratch built scatter terrain for my Infinity board.

There's other terrain to compliment this but it needed more LoF blocking elements and partial cover so hence the crafting blitz.

Crosier Squad for Military Orders, Infinity.

Really enjoying painting infinity at the moment, the sculpts are really detailed but the minis are far smaller than they seem.
