As the post says, I feel like i have the absolute worst genetics for building muscle and even my insertions suck. I feel like my chest and arms are severely lagging behind and I've even doubled up on them. Still getting plenty of time in-between so im not overtraining. Maybe some different exercises I could do? What are yalls thoughts? Maybe its just me being 38 and struggling to put muscle on like i used to. Im just not happy with my body anymore and im working my ass off harder now than ever before. Any chest and arm workouts yall recommend or training frequency/volume that you'd suggest?
