can i get something with this much marks? im hoping to improve in the second attempt but still if that goes bad and i take the worst case can i get something with this please help

I got cse in kiit and they are asking for 75k before 11th may
Can anyone help me and tell if that 75k is refundable or not. Or if there is some like time given that specific amount will be refunded after this date and all.
Kindly help
