She is 30 years old (18ish developmentally) and has her first serious boyfriend. She has started asking questions regarding sexual intimacy which we are happy to answer, however, and this may sound silly.... When I was young, I went to a women's body empowerment group where you were encouraged to view & touch yourself in front of a mirror as a way to kind of be in charge of your own intimate relationships. Are there videos, books, or anything that could help communicate to her the ways, places, parts, how healthy, and normal it is to love your own body as well as others?
