Maximus vs Vitality

Leaving team crews control after a little over a year. Multiple reasons but nothing wrong with his coaching and program. Both have been fantastic and he’s a great coach. I just need a change. I need to stick to a 40-45 minute max workout and I want to keep hitting 5-6 workouts a week. I have an adjustable bench, barbell, stands, 390 lbs in plates, 2 adjustable dumbbells 10-90 lbs, cable machine and pull up bar.

With all that being said, vitality is super popular but I know enough to know that doesn’t mean anything. Would love thoughts for those who have made the change. Also open to project alpha maybe. I’ve done a handful of workouts with Coach Sam.
