I toured apartments all day in Philly - help me decide on location

The ask:

I completed a series of apartment tours in Philly and made a shortlist of ones I found most promising (by nearest street corner):

  • S 15th St & Delancey (SE Rittenhouse)
  • South St & S 5th St (Queen Village, by Society Hill)
  • Crease St & E Columbia Ave (Fishtown, ~5 blocks from Girard Station)

Would like feedback on the general vibes and environs, ideally matched to my personality and what I am looking for.

  • Queen Village: I wish had more time to wander about, it seemed very cool in the 10-15 minutes I strolled around.
  • Fishtown: I am concerned about access to stuff without a car and on an island away from the city. Coworker from Philly says that train stop sucks. But the nightlife + property size + age demo make it appealing.
  • Rittenhouse: Loved being in the thick of it.

About me:

  • Another mid-or-late twenties, WFH, east-coast transplant (not NY).
  • A man.
  • With a small dog.
  • On the corporate-alt spectrum: I care about my job + am fairly professionally ambitious, and so want to meet slash date people like that. But I am still into fun stuff like obscure movies, vintage kitsch, indie music, etc, and would enjoy such a crowd as well. Somewhat interested in sports.
  • Introverted by nature, but since I know basically no one in Philly, making new friends is my number one goal after I settle in. So I would appreciate proximity to my fellow “young professionals.” And a social atmosphere which isn't a recap of undergrad.
  • Refuse to buy a car. Want to walk and bike as much as possible.
  • Cook, so grocery store quality is very important.

Thank you.
