Anyone interested in beta testing my b1.7.3 mod?
Last year I made a couple posts about a mod I've been working on in my free time, BasedBeta. Its basically aimed to be my ideal version of minecraft, with some stuff backported from modern mc and eventually new content of my own. So far some of the things I've implemented into beta 1.7.3 are:
Added fence gates
Added FOV Slider
Removed the nightmare feature entirely from the game
Removed crop trampling
Rehauled the armor system to be more akin to modern mc.
Added repeater locking
Added the ability to edit signs
Left AND Right click dragging
Added the ability to hold shift to place items on crafting benches and furnaces
Fixed the size of dropped stairs/cactus
Fixed the bugged score when you die
Fixed chest rotation issues
Boats now drop boats when they break (they've also been made more robust)
Stairs now drop stairs when you break them
Stairs can be placed in any orientation.
Added stone bricks
I'm looking for someone to try the mod and give me their input.
