3700x to 7500x3d advice

Hi all. 4k gaming here FYI. I'm definitely seeing some big CPU bottlenecks... especially in BF6 (becoming borderline unplayable). Do you think going from a 3700x to a 7500x3d with a single stick of DDR5 (16gb) would yield massive gains?

FYI this is the $299 7500x3d/16gb/mobo Microcenter combo.

I'm pairing with a 9070XT. Thanks!

9070XT brands vs actual experience

Long story short short, but I bought the ASUS Prime 9070XT from Amazon for $647 pre-tax new on a good sale. I will be honest.. this card has run very quiet and cool.

I did pass up an opportunity for a stupidly low XFX Mercury 9070XT on Amazon as part of a targeted sale recently, but also I happen to be within my return window for my ASUS card.

Would I be doing a disservice returning the ASUS card in hopes of a sale on the XFX card? Lately I'm been beating myself up not pulling the trigger on the XFX card mainly due to the higher potential performance and allegedly stellar customer service.

I'm a 4k gamer that's moved on from Nvidia and looking more into the realm of better price to performance. Thanks all.

AM4 upgrade path

Hi all. Currently rocking a 3700x / 16gb / 9070xt at 4k and noticing some CPU bottlenecks, especially when playing BF6. For what it's worth I do live near a Microcenter so I am aware of all their AM5 bundles.

My main question is what drop-in upgrade should I pursue without overspending on CPU. I would prefer a 5700x3d, but those used prices seem nuts. Thoughts? Thanks.

Hello all, specs are as follows:
3700x, 16gb ram, 9070xt, 4k 120hz monitor (LG C3)

I know I could definitely benefit from a AM5 CPU, but I will say the 9070XT is great at 4k! I know it's not 200FPS, but I'm comfortable in the 80+ FPS range for my eyes.

Main question. What AM5 Microcenter combo would be a noticeable upgrade? They have 7800x3d/32gb/mobo for $599 or I could go cheap with 7500x3d/16gb/mobo for $299.
I just want to be able to SEE a difference and not just blindly spend.

Thoughts? Thanks!
