so im new firebase and im just setting it up. im trying to reference firebase ai and im getting an error. ive been trying to troubleshoot with gemini but we were just going in circles. any idea what's going on? i installed 13 and this is for a mobile project. i installed using tgz, reinstalled, installed using package installer.
