I know hex of illiteracy has been a meme for awhile. But ever since seeing him struggle through the FTL tutorial I can't help but think of all the times he'd misread or misunderstand a simple sentence or paragraph.

Not just games either. We've all seen him crash out over a chatter only to realise after he misread what they said. I do wanna give Wubby props for apologising to chat whenever this happens. I've almost never seen a big streamer sincerely apologise to their chat.

I get Wubby not wanting to read a wall of text because it doesn't make for good stream content. And he's said he isn't into literature and reading novels which is fine, nothing wrong with that. But now I'm wondering if it's because he doesn't want to read or if it's because he has difficulty reading. Also is it an American/California/San Diego education thing?

Not trying to be negative towards Wubby in anyway. I'm just slightly concerned and mostly curious. I especially want to know the community's take on this.

Edit: I didn't think about how stressful and demanding streaming is as a job. Especially with a chat as fast and TTS as funny/unfunny as Wubbys. It would be easy to get confused and overwhelmed.
